It's a complete phrase to determine what Penang is!! Don't forget our "BECA '' that has been in our state from century with the area cover around KOMTAR is a nostalgic one to be remembered by Penangites and tourist to experience Penang while sitting on the BECA to look around our heritage building and places in Georgetown or Tanjung!”
